What NADM does for you

1.    We offer construction incentives to prospective buyers of your listing. Should the buyer contract NADM to build their home we offer them particular incentives which could range from a straight markdown to free upgrades or services such as demolition, tree removal, etc. We would consult with you to determine the best incentives for your listing.    

2.    Provide a link from our website to your listing. You provide the link so where it goes is up to you. Or, we can post details and pictures directly on our site.

 

What you do for NADM

All we ask is to place our sign on your property. A sample is shown below. We provide the sign which has section customizable to your listing. The sign directs interested parties to you. This is all at no cost to you.
